Convention Chairs Cindy and Irwin Ehrenreich

The Rhode Island Rose Society is proud to host the 2016 Yankee District Convention. The Mainstay Hotel is located just minutes from downtown Newport and across from the Newport Grand Casino. This is a great opportunity to learn more about roses and a chance to get together with our rose friends from rose societies throughout New England. On Friday afternoon we will be hosting a Judging Seminar. On Saturday you will have a chance to hear some wonderful speakers lecturing on many different topics. Visit vendors during the breaks. Many of our speakers will have a book signing table. At the end of the afternoon we will have our Raffle Drawing. Bring your best rose photos to enter in our photo contest. Join us Saturday evening for our annual Awards Banquet and Rose Auction with auctioneer Mike Chute.
