Here are a few updates about this weekend
Setup: Audrey will be dropping off vases etc in the am Friday. She feels there is no need for a group to come Friday afternoon for setup, tables can be moved Saturday AM. So enjoy the beach if you are there in the afternoon!
Boat and Friday dinner: The captain says the prime time for embarkation now is 6PM. Please be at the dock Cape Cod Harbor Cruise, 715 Main St, Harwich Port, MA 02646 ready to leave at 5:45. He says definitely bring a sweatshirt. We will arrive back around 7:30-7:45 and head right next door to the Brax Landing restaurant 705 MA-28, Harwich Port, MA 02646
District Rose Show Saturday at Chatham Community Center 702 Main St, Chatham, MA 02633. Set-up and Entries from 8-10:15, judging 10:30-12, awards 2pm, takedown 2:30. With the weather and lack of rain, this could be a pretty small show. Please bring your blooms! ( And please remember that you can enter an arrangement with outdoor roses NOT grown by you ie from the beach, a friend’s house or even Roseland 2 for 1 sale )
Lobsterfest Dinner Saturday PM: Swan River Restaurant, 5 Lower County Road, Dennis Port, MA 02639
Happy hour around 5:30 , meal around 6:00 or 6:15
SUNDAY: 10AM Yankee District meeting followed by rose propagation workshop , snacks welcome, 3780 Main St, Barnstable, MA 02630. (40 people are coming, you might want to have a folding chair in your car)
