Consulting Rosarian School registration and Information

The school is open to prospective Consulting Rosarians, current Consulting Rosarians seeking continuing education credit and any ARS member who would like to audit the program.

Historically, there has been a registration fee to attend CR School. This year, we are excited to offer the program at no cost to all ARS members as a way of providing additional value for your continued support of the American Rose Society.

It would be great if interested candidates could return it by August 1  so we have time to verify ARS membership and process applications.

The CR manual is available online at the ARS website CR page and also is downloadable from our website Resources page

So far, this is the only virtual CR school being offered in 2026.

For ARS members who are not in the Yankee District, please add the name and contact info for your District CR chair or Director when you submit your application. That will make it easier for us to verify membership and coordinate with your home district if needed.

The exam will also be administered online. We’ll post those details once I hear back from the national chair about the process.

I can’t stress enough how helpful Consulting Rosarians are to gardeners everywhere, including those who want one rose in their gardens to those who aspire to be exhibitors.  It is a rewarding role we can play in the gardening community.  If you haven’t yet taken the leap, you won’t regret it.  At the very least, you will learn a lot from expert Rosarians through the course.  Just do it!
